I'm really concerned and I know that folks in here are really concerned about issues involving displacement, both during construction and after, whether we're talking about business displacement, whether we're talking about resident displacement, um, and when and all on top of that, we have a a pernicious and a very real racial wealth gap that we don't want to see furthered.
